Today is Friday. Tomorrow is Market Day! On this day we express deep gratitude for those who grow vegetables, harvest meat and fish, and produce bread and sweets and treats and treasures. We acknowledge the long hours that they work and the challenging conditions they sometimes face. Might we, in our interactions with the vendors at the market deepen our relationship with them and the land we share. Amen.
