The Outreach Committee of Sackville United Church is once again partnering with Open Sky Co-operative to host a weekly coffee hour, Thursday mornings from 10:00-11:00. Taking place at Sackville United Church, 110 Main Street, everyone is welcome to drop in, sit back, and relax over a warm beverage and a snack. There is no charge, although, if able, contributions to the cost of the refreshments would be appreciated.
One of the goals of the Outreach Committee is to encourage ‘an abundant, loving community’ and its members see the coffee hour as a great step in making this goal a reality. And with its easy accessibility and informal atmosphere, the new church space is an ideal location for such an event.
The coffee hour is appropriately a joint venture with Open Sky, whose many activities and projects have been a wonderful example of making a difference in the lives of others.
