PIE stands for Public Intentional and Explicit - referring to the welcome and affirmation we seek to extend to members of the LGBTQ2+ community. Here is a video from the Moderator of the United Church of Canada.
We will mark PIE Day on March 13th as part of our Sunday Gathering and following the Sunday Gathering there will be a PIE Auction with more than 20 pies up for bidding - some are fresh and ready for Sunday dinner and others will be available for a later date!
If you are unable to be with us in-person take part via Zoom by following this link. We will begin the auction at the conclusion of our Sunday Gathering - likely a little after 12 noon!
