On Sunday, the community of Sackville United Church will gather to mark Palm Sunday. We will listen to the ancient story of Jesus' entry into Jerusalem and be invited to consider which procession or parade we will join. Will we join Jesus' parade of humility celebrating the power love and service, or Pilate's procession of pride and the love of power and self?
We will also begin to bring to conclusion our Mission and Ministry Discernment conversations. Your are encouraged to read the ideas for moving forward that have been generated. Come on Sunday prepared to offer your wisdom as we discern which ideas will be most helpful to the community at this time. There will be time for conversation and choosing and opportunity for individuals to commit their time and energy to one or more ideas.
